First Ever Vendor Show | Story Time | Far From Home LLC

Hey friends!,

I just wanted to share how amazing this past weekend was for me. I been slowly stepping out of my comfort zone and taking bigger risks! This past Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, was my very first Vendor's show to sell my products to the locals in my area. I signed up super last minute, 7 days before the event, I had nothing prepared for something this big, aside from my candles & wax melts I had already made. I stressed all week planning, prepping, buying, & going through my checklist making sure I had everything I needed. I even went to do a promo on TV, three days before the event. A few vendors and myself were featured on the local news station. If you ever get a chance to do something like that, GO FOR IT! I am socially awkward and have social anxiety, so this whole shindig had my nerves and anxiety on high alert, I felt like a chicken without a head. lol  All in all, I just have to say I am super duper proud of myself for taking this big step and getting out there in the public eye. I didn't sell out, but I made some great sales and my face is known known and my brand. The experience was so so awesome, I really have no words to express how I felt that day. I had met so many cool cats, I look forward seeing them again and meeting more new people and so ready to do many more events/shows, and network some more. If you are anything like me, feel insure, scared, nervous, out of place, unprepared, and not worthy, know that you damn well are worthy and can do anything you set your mind to and you have to work really hard to get to where you want to be in life. I am my own worst critic, and am slowly learning through this process to just be yourself and let loose! Things always come together by the grace of God. This is just the beginning for me, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

Thank you to everyone who supports me and continues to support me. (not just buy purchasing from me, but spreading the love)

Til next story time,

Peace & Light
